A Lab Portal–based Manufacturing Dashboard that enables Bitesoft’s partner laboratories to efficiently receive and manage production cycles, ensuring reliable real-time status synchronization with the Bitesoft Dentist Portal. The Bitesoft Dentist Portal is a dental monitoring application designed for clinics to track patient journeys, manage cases and appointments, and facilitate seamless digital communication between dentists and patients.

BPHTB Online System
A web-based application designed to support the management, service, and supervision of the Duty on the Acquisition of Land and Building Rights (BPHTB). This system is integrated with regional bank payment gateways and the National Land Agency (BPN) system. It facilitates the entire BPHTB process—from registration, calculation, payment, verification, to reporting—in a transparent and accountable manner, in accordance with Law No. 28 of 2009 on Regional Taxes and Levies. BPHTB Online is a digital system used by regional revenue authorities (Bapenda) to manage the administrative processes of BPHTB. The application enables registration, document validation, payment, and reporting in a single integrated web-based platform.

An application developed to support the management and monitoring of electrical service complaints and disruptions in an integrated manner. It helps streamline the recording, tracking, and reporting of operational activities to improve service reliability. This web and mobile-based customer complaint application enables organizations to record, manage, and monitor complaints related to electricity services within a single integrated platform.

Regional Tax Payment Channel Integration via Bank BJB Virtual Account
A non-cash regional tax payment system using Bank BJB Virtual Accounts (VA), where each taxpayer is assigned a unique VA number for payment. This system simplifies the payment process, improves recording accuracy, and ensures that transactions are automatically recorded in real time.

Smart Pilkada & Quick Count
Smart Pilkada & Quick Count is a web and mobile-based application designed to support the collection, processing, and presentation of regional election (Pilkada) vote results in a fast, accurate, and transparent manner. This application enables vote data from each polling station (TPS) to be submitted in real time by field officers, complete with photo evidence (C1 forms) and multi-level validation. The system then automatically processes the data (quick count) and presents the results through an interactive dashboard accessible to relevant stakeholders.

AI Feature Enhancement for iREP Security Mobile
An AI Automation feature enhancement developed to support automated incident report generation by processing visual data from captured images and combining it with short voice-based inputs using Speech-to-Text. The data is then intelligently analyzed and structured using Artificial Intelligence to produce more comprehensive and high-quality incident reports. This mobile application enables users to quickly and easily create traffic incident reports using AI technology. Users can generate reports simply by speaking (speech-to-text) and uploading up to five supporting images. The report structure is automatically organized using AI through integration with ChatGPT and n8n.
